Nº 03-2005- CEDER INMUEBLE A IPAV
V ISTO Y CONSIDERANDO:
La autorización solicitada por Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal para ceder al Instituto Provincial Autárquico de Vivienda el inmueble comprado a los Señores Héctor y Yolanda Gambarini, determinado como Ejido 034, Circ. I, Radio b, Quinta 2, Parcela 7, Partida Nº 752.328 de esta localidad; y
POR ELLO:
EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DEL PUEBLO DE QUEMU QUEMU
SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE ORDENANZA:
Artículo 1ro.- Autorízase al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a ceder al Instituto Autárquico Provincial de Vivienda el inmueble determinado catastralmente como Ejido 034, Circ. I, Radio b, Quinta 2, Parcela 7, Partida Nº 752.328 de nuestra localidad, destinado al Plan Federal de Viviendas.-
Artículo 2do.- Comuníquese, publíquese, pase al Departamento Ejecutivo para su promulgación y cumplido archívese.-
